Resource constraints bite me every time. Small teams like mine stretch thin; you're the analyst, communicator, and coffee runner all at once. After it's over, the post-mortem feels endless-I review what went wrong, update policies, but fatigue sets in, and you wonder if it'll stick.

Legal and PR headaches linger too. You report breaches per laws like GDPR if you're in Europe, or HIPAA here, and one slip in disclosure can lead to fines. I craft those notifications meticulously, balancing transparency with not scaring customers away. Media might pick it up, so you prep statements. And internally, morale dips; I rally the team with quick wins, like improved monitoring, to show it wasn't all bad.
